Shipping is made via USP or UPS usually same day or next day, custom orders may take a few more days to complete and ship. Please provide a physical address as well as a PO Box. Shipping rates are as follows:

Returns
Returns are to be made with 15 days of purchase date on all items other than wormer, or custom collar or tag orders. Returns must still be in orignial packaging, if not a 20% fee will be charged.
